File Court Documents Anytime from Anywhere with eFileIL

Effective November 1, 2017, ALL attorneys will be required to file civil documents electronically with the 16th Judicial Circuit. (General Order 17-15)

The Illinois Supreme Court has mandated electronic filing of all court documents for Civil Cases in the Circuit Court effective January 1, 2018. (M.R. 18368)
