January 18th, 2025 Commons Event
When: Saturday, January 18th, 10:00am - 1:30pm
Where: Geneva Commons, 602 Commons Drive, Geneva, in the parking lot area west of Crate and Barrel. NOTE: there will only be one way to enter the event. Please see map below and follow all signs on the day-of.
Who: Everyone is invited!
What: The County and eWorks are bringing our pop-up for electronics, clothing and textiles, books and other non-sensitive papers. See full list of items here. The Commons is brining a shredding truck to shred and recycle confidential papers. Please see guide for preparing to shred here.
Fees: The standard County fee of $25 for TVs and monitors less than 21" diagonal and $35 for TVs 21" and larger applies. Cash and cards are accepted on site. All other recycling and shredding is free.
Limits: No business documents. Limit of four bankers boxes (or equivalent amount in other containers) per car. Shredding will end early if truck fills up. No lithium batteries (e.g. greeting cards with lights or sounds)
